Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. This helps us ensure that every item you receive is brand new and unused.

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@madebyevery.com with your order number and clear photos. Our team will make it right for you as quickly as possible.

Simply enter your recipient’s shipping details at checkout and we’ll deliver it directly to them.

We offer personalised notes, simply include your message in the Order Description and we’ll add it to your order.
